Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

HighRise Digital, a DBA of NB Digital Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit highrise-digital.com, contact us, or use our digital marketing and advertising services.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us through our website, we collect your first and last name, email address, subject, and message. You may also choose to provide information about your business, project, or advertising needs when communicating with us.

Website information. Our website’s hosting and analytics services may collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.

Client and advertising information. When authorized by a client, we may receive business information, campaign details, advertising performance data, and information needed to deliver and evaluate our services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate about projects, provide digital marketing and advertising services, analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and improve our website and services. Information may also be used to troubleshoot issues, protect our business and website, and meet legal obligations.

Connected advertising and analytics accounts

With your authorization, HighRise Digital connects to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 to prepare client reports and dashboards. This policy also covers our connected-account reporting service.

Data accessed. Depending on the permissions granted and reports requested, advertising data may include account and campaign names and identifiers, ad details, dates, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion values, and keyword, search-term, device, audience, and geographic breakdowns. Analytics data may include account and property identifiers, user and session totals, page views, traffic sources, engagement, events, key events, revenue, and device and geographic reporting breakdowns. We also process authorization tokens and operational records needed to maintain these connections.

Purpose and handling. We use connected-account data to retrieve historical and current results, measure performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot reporting issues. Google Ads authorization can permit viewing and managing account data, even though our connected-account reporting workflows are designed to retrieve information rather than change campaigns or budgets. For these advertising and analytics connections, lead reporting uses platform-reported conversion totals rather than submitted lead-form answers, individual callers’ phone numbers, or call recordings.

We use third-party service providers for data processing, cloud storage, and reporting dashboards. These providers process connected-account information to support our reporting services, including preparing reports, storing historical results, and troubleshooting reporting issues. Reports are intended for authorized HighRise Digital personnel and client-authorized viewers.

Google user data. HighRise Digital’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The general advertising and sharing descriptions elsewhere in this policy do not expand the permitted uses of that data.

Disconnecting and deletion. You may revoke access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings, Meta’s business-integration settings, or the relevant account or property access controls. You may also email nicole@highrise-digital.com to request disconnection or deletion of stored reporting data. We may verify your authority before acting. Revoking access stops future retrieval under that authorization but does not automatically delete previously stored reports, workflow records, or backups. Retention and deletion are subject to the considerations described below and applicable legal requirements.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and understand how visitors use the site. Advertising and measurement technologies, where used, may help evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide relevant advertising.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and use any privacy choices provided on the website. Disabling cookies may affect some website features. Advertising preferences may also be managed through the services you use.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, communications, data storage, analytics, advertising, and reporting. We may also share relevant campaign information with clients and their authorized representatives as part of delivering our services.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our business and others.

Data retention

We retain connected-account reporting data during the client relationship for the agreed reporting services. After those services end, we retain reporting data for up to 24 months where needed to provide the client with historical reports and respond to reporting questions. We delete it sooner when it is no longer needed, when an authorized deletion request requires it, or when applicable law, platform terms, or our client agreement requires earlier deletion. At the end of the retention period, we delete the reporting data from our active reporting systems.

Records that must be kept to meet a legal obligation may be retained for the required period. This exception applies only to the records needed for that obligation; it does not extend the retention of all connected-account data. Other information, such as inquiries and business correspondence, is retained only as needed for its stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.

To request deletion, email nicole@highrise-digital.com. We may verify your identity and authority over the relevant account. We process requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful exception that prevents deletion.

Workflow execution records may contain reporting data. Under our current automation service plan, execution history is automatically removed after seven days, or sooner when storage limits are reached. This period applies to execution history, not saved reports or provider backups. Backup copies may remain until removed under the provider’s backup retention procedures.

Data security

Our cloud reporting providers encrypt stored reporting data and account connection credentials. Our automation provider also encrypts connections to its web application and public interfaces. No method of transmitting information over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through our website’s contact form.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding, and some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contacting us directly.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
